As for the 20th anniversary of Internet Society of China (ISC) on May 25th,2021, Mr. ZHAO Houlin, Secretary-general of ITU, sent a video of congratulatory message to ISC. He said over the years, the Internet Society of China has made great achievements through a series ofefforts as promoting the healthy and sustainable development of China’s Internet industry by building the industry communication platforms, advocating industry self-discipline, promoting information accessibility, participating in the Internet governance, and carrying out international exchanges and cooperation.

Mr. Zhao also addressed that the ITU is willing to work with all stakeholders around the world, including the Internet Society of China, to achieve the vision of "realizing interconnection among all people in the world".
