In order to safeguard the foundational network security, fight network crime, and establish domestic network security emergency response system, ISC is preparing the first network security emergency response competition.

As an important activity in network security field, the competition involves the telecom carriers, IT manufactures and service providers. Their emergency response handling criterions and flows will be checked up through the competition. 

The completion gets the positive support from the relevant government departments and main telecom carriers. China Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center is the coordinator of the completion, and FIRST does the international coordinating work.
