Hosted by Internet Society of China (ISC)， the 1st China Netizens Cultural Festival Celebration will be held in the morning on Sep 14 in Beijing. The Conference events will cover the whole morning with the overall theme of "Ascending High for a Better Perspective".

The Conference will be a grand event for the netizen. Experts from home and abroad will share their highlighting viewpoints or perspectives on netizen cultural development at the conference. The President of ISC Madam HU Qiheng， Vice President of ISC Mr. QIAN Hualin， Father of German Internet Mr. Werner Zorn， US netizen expert Ms. Ronda Hauben will give theme speech at the conference. Representatives of enterprises and netizens will aslo attend this event.
