Nowadays global mobile phone users have reached more than 2.5 billion and this amount is increasing with new subscribers from developing countries such as China， India etc. Internet application in mobile phone can be accomplished through mobile phone function design， such as SMS， navigation， distance payment etc. And cheap fee will be another factor causing the growth.

He also presented that Internet not only provided new business model and education service， but also brought along some challenges and ventures， such as Spam and virus.

Doctor Wu Jianping as Director of Committee of CERNET gave a speech introducing the technology of next-generation Internet and IPV6 in China.
