ISC will organize the 2nd e-Charity Day (also Internet Charity Day) Activity on May 25th， 2006， the date of ISC"s 5 foundation anniversary. The theme of the Activity is "Sunlight， Green， Benevolence"， which is consisted of 4 Theme Events:

　*Benevolence Golf Match

　*To award Internet enterprises with charity acts

　*National basic education resource sharing with the west of China

　*Internet Artists Alliance of ISC to be founded

On e-Charity Day， ISC will organize a Golf Friendly Match， in which more than a hundred of famous Internet entrepreneurs will participate the game， and apart from the cost of the match， the money will be donated to an elementary school to build network-based classrooms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Meanwhile， in order to push forward the e-charity activity continuously and encourage the model set by Internet-related enterprises on narrowing digital divide， ISC will award some outstanding enterprises as the samples during the Activity， calling on the benevolence from the industry and the social public.

As a key event of the Activity， China Broadband P2P Promotion Alliance of ISC and related organizations will co-launch a 7-month Internet-based education support activity， during which basic education resource will be provided through P2P Streaming Media technology to the elementary and mid-schools in the west of China， such as Guizhou Province， Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This act has gained much approval and support both from Ministry of Information Industry and Ministry of Education.

Another highlight of the Activity is the foundation of Internet Artists Alliance. ISC will join with hundreds of famous artists making efforts to promote the healthy culture online， calling on the protection of copyrights.

Finally， ISC will call on from the society to devote to the e-charity business. The 1st e-Charity Day activity was initiated by ISC in 2005， with the aim to make ICT and digital opportunity to the handicapped groups， and push forward the bridge of digital divide in China. Thereafter， the date of May 25th is taken as e-Charity Day.
