Since its founding on May 25， 2001， Internet Society of China (ISC) has long been promoting and contributing to the healthy development of Internet in China. As one of the top Internet associations in China， ISC has fully played its role as the linkage between the government and the industry community， offering assistance and advice to the governmental decision-making and promoting the industrial cooperation and exchange.

Strictly adhering to its general goal， ISC will continuously launch various initiatives to pursuit a clean and safer Internet environment for the netizen， especially the teenagers， such as organizing industry self-discipline， holding annually China Internet Conference， resisting Spam & mal-ware， participating in international Internet governance process， put forward e-Charity activity and information barrier-free， and calling for copyrights protection.
