On May 31, the Network Intelligence Academic Symposium jointly organized by the Academic Working Committee of ISC and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. was held online. More than 100 experts and representatives from universities, research institutes, and enterprises attended the conference. Song Maoen, Deputy Secretary-General of ISC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Xing, chairman of the Academic Working Committee of ISC, presided over the meeting.

Song Maoen said in his speech that our country is still in the initial stage of the "smart +" society. Driven by the core of the new generation of information technology, more digital, networked and intelligent new applications, new models and new experiences have begun to comprehensively integrated with the economy and society. It is hoped that in the future, technical research can be carried out in the directions of intelligent public facilities, network digital twins, and network intelligence, so as to realize network automation and intelligence, and inject new vitality into the development of my country's Internet innovation technology. At the same time, the Academic Working Committee of ISC will play a guiding role, actively promote the research on network intelligence, and jointly contribute to the healthy development of my country's Internet industry.

At the meeting, Professor Cui Yong of Tsinghua University, Liu Shaowei, President of Huawei Data Communication Product Line R&D, and Xie Gaogang, researcher of the Network Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, made keynote reports on the technological innovation and development trend of network intelligence.

This conference provides an opportunity to scholars in the field of network intelligence technology to share and discuss academics with each other, and builds a platform for in-depth exchanges and dialogues for experts and representatives from universities, research institutes, and enterprises. It played a positive role to technological innovation, achievement transformation and industry-university-research cooperation in the field of network intelligence.
